The power plant for Biplast LLC is a unique project for a manufacturer of technological plastic. It includes two OMEGA 100 gas generating sets based on MWM engines with a total electric capacity of 1.6 MW. Heat supply is ensured by the ALFA200 boiler house module with thermal capacity of 2.84 MW using two Viessman boilers and an automated control station module.
OMEGA 100 modules are independent, complete energy generating plants consisting of a gas reciprocating engine and a heat recovery system. The units are used as an alternating current generator, backup or main source of electricity at enterprises, in construction, in administrative and medical institutions, at airports, hotels, etc. and can work both offline and in conjunction with centralized power supply systems. Each OMEGA 100 module is equipped with all necessary systems, such as: heat recovery system, emergency cooling system, air exchange system.
