Electrosystems has completed a project for design, manufacture, supply and commissioning of a containerized power plant based on the MWM TCG 2020 V20 genset with capacity of 2 MW for the new production site of Iceberry-FM factory located in Tutaev of the Yaroslavl area. Today Iceberry is the largest Russian producer of top quality all natural ice cream and has 3 production sites with a total capacity of more than 100000 tons per year.
The power plant is operated in parallel with the grid and in an island mode to provide uninterrupted power supply for the needs of the factory – conveyor production and technology. One of the features of the project is the installation of a catalytic converter (according to customer’s requirement) designed for cleaning exhaust gases of cogeneration sets from harmful impurities such as CO, hydrocarbons, etc.
